Privacy Policy

This page applies to the preliminary intake form on the website anluat.com. The form is used to record initial needs and assist in checking for conflicts of interest before An Luat decides whether to proceed to the next step of discussion.

  • Full name and contact phone number.
  • Email or Zalo if you voluntarily provide them.
  • Category of legal issue, level of urgency, current stage, and desired attorney.
  • Summary of the case, availability of documents, sensitive safety signals, and proposed contact time frame.
  • Intake consent data including the policy version and the time you confirmed.

2. Purpose of processing

  • Preliminary receipt of requests from the website.
  • Internal conflict of interest check before arranging the next working step.
  • Priority review of sensitive or urgent situations if applicable.
  • Retaining a reference code for comparison when you contact An Luat again.

3. Scope and limitations of the form

  • This form is only a minimal intake portal, not a full case management portal.
  • The website currently does not support uploading attachments or online payments.
  • Submitting the form does not automatically establish an Attorney-Client relationship and is not a commitment to take the case.

4. Storage and data retention period

Preliminary intake data is stored in an internal database configured by An Luat solely for the purposes of intake, conflict of interest checking, and processing allocation. The specific retention period will be determined according to An Luat's privacy policy, legitimate operational needs, and current legal obligations.

5. Authorization and system security

  • Only internal personnel who have been granted administrative rights (such as attorneys, clerks in charge) have access to the intake list.
  • Sensitive contact information and case context are protected by an access barrier, only fully displayed when personnel have sufficient authority to decide to open a file.
  • All access and update operations are automatically logged by the management system to support auditing at any time.

6. Rights of the form sender

  • You can request to review, edit, or delete submitted information if permitted by law.
  • You can contact An Luat again using the reference code for quick lookup support.
  • If you do not wish to continue, you can stop right at the form step and do not need to send any further information.

7. First-party Analytics

  • The system records aggregated events such as page views, CTA clicks, language switching, and intake form progress.
  • The measurement process does not collect any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and does not record the details of your case.
  • We strictly do not use session replay tools, do not track keystrokes, and do not store raw IP addresses or deep device identification data long-term.

8. Contact

If you need support related to personal data or wish to adjust submitted information, you should contact An Luat via the official channels published on the website and provide the reference code if available.
